The construction work on the WAQF Property in the Bada Makan should be done in a Legal Manner, Alam Pasha
Bangalore: A large number of people have been illegally occupying a vacant property called Bada Makan, just opposite Lalbagh in the capital city of Bangalore, for a long time.
In these circumstances, the state elections are also approaching, accordingly, the millionaire politician belonging to Kolar. G. F Babu alias Chikkad/Scrap Babu promised the poor people in the Bada Makaan that he would demolish their old and dilapdated houses and build new ones.
After obtaining the consent of these poor people living in large houses, Yusuf Sharif aka KGF Babu ran a bulldozer on their old houses and demolished all the houses so that new houses could be built.
Now, the thing to consider here is that the demolition of the houses of these poor people living illegally on the endowment property of the Bada Makaan and the construction of new houses have all been illegal and the surprising thing is that Karnataka Chairman of Waqf Board Shafi Saadi is also seen standing with this illegal action.
In these circumstances, when the bulldozers had moved on the houses of the poor in Bada House, Alam Pasha, a social worker and President of Helping Citizens, complained and stopped the action in Bada House.
In this regard, Alam Pasha said that he now wants new houses to be built for the poor, but following the law and not in an illegal way.
Alam Pasha said that KGF Babu, who has been suspended from the Congress Party, will contest the upcoming elections. They are politicizing their votes by pleasing the people of the Bada Makaan to try their luck. He said that he will never allow illegal construction of houses in a Bada Makaan .
Alam Pasha says that first the Karnataka Waqf Board should legally hold a meeting regarding the construction of houses for the poor in a Bada Makaan , pass a resolution, get permission from the relevant departments of the government and then construct the houses so that these poor people can live there. There should be no problems going forward.
Alam Pasha said that in this regard, he has appointed the Karnataka Waqf Board. e. After meeting with Parvez Khan, he handed over a check of one lakh rupees and expressed his intention to build the houses of the poor in a legal way. He is also with him.
It should be remembered that due to this dispute, Alam Pasha has filed an FIR against Waqf Board Chairman & local politician Chikkad Babu.
Now it is to be seen how quickly the government will take action to run bulldozers in the Bada Makaan and what will be the fate of these poor people who have been displaced.
