Bangalore: Karnataka is struggling with unemployment, youths are very worried about unemployment, in order to deal with these situations, many social organizations of Bangalore announced the ‘Karnataka Job Fair’ on a large scale. This job fair will be held on March 4 at Alamein Campus, in which more than 100 companies will participate with more than 10,000 job offers.
In this regard, the officials of the organizations said that this job fair will attract the youth of the rural areas of the state and that the job fair will be for everyone without any discrimination.
In this regard, it was informed that communication and interviewing skills will also be provided for the job aspirants on the weekends of February before the job fair so that the students can easily crack the interviews.
It may be recalled that the latest data from the Center for Monitoring Indian Economy (CMIE) showed that strong festive sales and rising domestic demand did not result in more jobs as the country’s unemployment rate stood at 6.43. percent has increased to 7.86 percent. Rural unemployment increases due to 8.01%. Urban unemployment was also high at 7.53 percent.
In the matter of unemployment, it is being said that erratic rains and severe financial conditions have silenced the economic activities as a result of which rural employment prospects have been badly affected.
And the thing to consider in this regard is that when the flow of venture capital funds was at its peak, many startups were trying to get services but with the changing business activities, the funds have dried up. “Startups are revamping their talent strategy and this has affected the overall employment sentiment which is a sad news for the youth of the country.
