In a small corner of a world filled with challenges, there’s a young girl named Qurrat ul Ain, a daughter of Maulvi, living in the heart of poverty. But amidst the struggles of her surroundings, she has nurtured a dream that shines brighter than any obstacle.
She lives in Goripallya, one of the largest slums in Bangalore.
The atmosphere in the poverty ridden area may be harsh, but her spirit remains unyielding.
Her choice of medicine was driven by her wish to make a difference, to alleviate the pain and suffering of those around her.
Qurrat’s father, Rahil Ahmed Qasmi, stood firm on the concept of consent, in grounds of marriage, and he became the wind beneath her wings, encouraging her to soar higher.
The dean of the institute Qurrat studied in recognised her potential the day she walked into the office. He is proud about the fact that she was able to achieve a good score in the first attempt despite all the hardships she is surrounded with.Qurrat’s pursuit of medicine isn’t just about personal success; it’s about lifting her community, inspiring others to dream big and never giving up, no matter the odds.
