BANGALORE: To promote communal harmony, a special meeting was organized at the famous Masjid Taha where Chairman of Karnataka Waqf Board and former minister Roshan Baig participated as the chief guest and the institution has done development work in the past years. Well appreciated.
On this occasion in the premises of the mosque, the library was inaugurated by Roshan Baig and Taha graveyard was also visited where the construction work started.
On this occasion, Chairman of the Waqf Board Shafi Saadi said that the tireless work and struggle done by the committee of Masjid Taha in connection with the establishment of not only the mosque but also the cemetery is undoubtedly exemplary and is a beacon for all other endowment institutions.
