Bangalore: Hazrat Hameed Shah and Hazrat Mohib Shah have a total of 358 acres of property in Maida Agra Hara area near the capital Bangalore, of which more than 300 acres of property has been illegally occupied. Or it has been acquired by the Bangalore Development Authority and distributed among the people.

Shafi Saadi said that when he was a member of the Wof Board, the property had less illegal occupation and no construction work was done, but the Bangalore Development Authority along with WOT acquired it and gave it to the people as a grant.
Now the Wof Board has no idea exactly how much of the original 358 acres of land has gone into illegal possession, how much B. d. A has acquired how much pig is left, however, after talking to the local people and according to an estimate, there is more or less 40 acres of land which is vacant.
Shafi Saadi said that he has spoken to the Law Minister and the Revenue Secretary to survey the entire property as soon as possible, to arrange for the construction of a wall around the property that is left over and the property that belongs to B. d. A acquired. It should be compensated.
Shafi Saadi said that the said property has been waqf, such a waqf has been decided in the tribunal and this matter is also pending in Karnataka High Court.
The local people living in Madi Agra Hara say that they not only the Waqf Board but Hazrat Hameed Shah Hazrat Mohib Shah Committee J. A. Bawa and former minister Tanveer Seth were also approached but no action was taken from them.
