Bengaluru: The Karnataka Sarvodaya Party, formed in 2015, wants to try its strength by contesting the upcoming state assembly elections after breaking out of the Swaraj India Party.
Leaders of Sarvodaya Party said that they will enter the political arena with the slogan of ‘Jay Kisan’ to demolish the BJP’s palace of lies, defeat money-muscle-power and caste politics, and bring justice to the farmers and the oppressed
Officials of the Sarvodaya Party said that they have a large force of farmers, Dalit Community, Women and student organizations with them and with this force they will unseat the corrupt and communal government of the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party from power. They will struggle to give clean governance to the people.

Forced to sit on a sit-in, as a result of which more than 700 hundred innocent farmers lost their lives.
Party leader Prasanna N Gowda said that there is no limit to the corruption of the BJP government in the state of Karnataka and the people are suffering from it.
